Activities
At Daisies the emphasis is very much on learning through play and our room leaders plan exciting, imaginative activities based around the Birth to Three framework for under threes and the Foundation Stage for 3 to 5's.

There are a great many opportunities for our children to use the outdoor space:
Outdoor Area
We are extremely proud of out extensive outdoor area. It provides a great many learning opportunities for our children.

There is a tarmac area which is used for trikes, bikes and other wheeled toys, as well as a huge grassed area divided into different sections; quiet area where children and babies can enjoy the fresh air or have a story, there is a vegatable patch (a big thank you to the parents forum for making this possible) which the older children tend and water their growing crops, a mini beast area which all our children have access to and the role play area which is always very popular.

Water play is always available as are opportunities to climb and slide. Other, planned, activities are offered based on individual needs.
